Track Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a live tracking link — that's the fastest way to see exactly where your package is.
How to track your order:
- Check your email. Look for the shipping confirmation from Supéria (check spam/promotions if you don't see it). Click the tracking link inside.
- Use your account. If you checked out with an account, log in here to see all your orders and their tracking status.
- Shop app. If you use the Shop app, your Supéria order tracking appears there automatically.
Heads up on timing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate after you receive them.
Can't find your tracking info or something looks stuck? Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
